Today, Among Us is a Horse Game

Among Us is an online multiplayer game about social deduction, inspired by games like common parlor games like Mafia or Werewolves. For April Fools 2022, it has also become a horse game.

What started as a joke on Twitter a year ago, has… well, turned into a more elaborate joke, I suppose. If you play Among Us today, your Crewmates are four-legged and make a wonkily voice-acted neighing sound.

The Mane Quest officially approves this. That cover art has better horse anatomy than many cartoon drawings I’ve seen, and I love it when popular games spontaneously turn into horse games, so yeah this has my full support.

Read about the special event on the Innersloth website or download the game for just about any platform you can think of right here. You’ll have to be quick about it though, because this glorious upgrade will unfortunately be reverted on April 2nd. A shame, to be honest.
